Position Commercial Tire Centers Operations Manager- Multiple Locations

Job Duties:

Manage, lead, operate commercial tire center's operations in Central and Southern, Florida. Responsible for profit, safety, operations, and working with the sales manager.

  • Locations responsibility; determine organization structure for each tire center 
  • Full P&L responsibility including driving profitability throughout company
  • Coordinate operations with all locations to ensure top efficiency with people and equipment assets 
  • SOP’s - Help develop SOP’s & train store managers on how to implement.
  • Software - Assist, Support and train management on the use of internal software
  • Inventory – Manage both quarterly physical inventory as well as monitoring min/max levels
  • Develop and assist in the assignment of expense budgets for each commercial location
  • Assist with all management staffing and training
  • Managing compliance and training throughout organization including internal and external requirements
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Providing excellent customer service
 

Required Experience:

  • Desired: 5 years experience, including P&L responsibility of commercial tire centers
  • Team building Focus.
  • Problem Solving – Ability to see an opportunity & develop a plan for improvement and increase efficiency.
  • Strong organization and follow up skills.
  • HR experience
  • Must have knowledge of key strategies for optimizing commercial tire operations
  • Must have strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as, close
    attention to detail
  • Ability to develop systems and processes that drive specific objectives and outcomes
  • Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
  • Must be a team player and collaborate with all departments, employees, and external
    business partners
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate: Knowledge of MaddenCo Software helpful but not required.
