  Job Duties:

Lead the retail division to profitable success through the daily management of all aspects of the division. This person will need to work creatively to develop multiple facets of the business such as marketing, retail store expansions/acquisitions, and other business operations development. Be the go-to for store employees and for company executives; the Retail Division Manager will be the liaison in support of all levels of the management team.

  • Provide day-to-day management of current retail locations
  • Review KPI’s, P&L’s and other data points to determine priority areas for action
  • Coach and train store managers to greater success
  • Work with Director of Company Stores to develop and implement plans for:
    • New business development
    • Marketing
    • Special projects (store expansion, acquisitions, new business lines, etc.)
  • Provide support for all levels of retail employees, serve as primary resource for any needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge of retail tire and mechanical services
  • High level leadership acumen- ability to lead diverse teams to success
  • Ability to innovate and see projects from birth to completion  
  • A focused drive to win, deep desire to succeed and the willingness to do the ground-level work necessary
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent problem-solving skills- demonstrated ability to quickly see the root of an issue
  • Computer literate
