Job Duties:
- Understanding production floor/controlled flow process
- Forecast production needs
- Direct, measure and train plant managers those skills needed to produce quality truck retreads
- Develop future plant managers and floor supervisors
- Direct and manage each plants housekeeping and safety initiatives
- Communicating and insuring daily production are met for each plant
- Understand and direct plants proper equipment maintenance
- Monitor training programs
- Provide various weekly status reports
- Travel required, about 50%

Required Experience:
- Must possess at least 5 years of truck tire retread supervisory experience in a high volume retread plant.
- Multiple plant management experience is a plus.
- Must be versed in retread economics and measurement metrics
- Understanding of bar code tire tracking systems
- Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to relate to others in a diverse culture
- Computer literate
