Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all of the daily mechanical service activity in and out of the store
  • Manage mechanical team
  • Instruct techs to facilitate customer needs
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy duty mechanical service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
